Organic blonde beer, rich in fresh and harmonious aromas, golden yellow in color with light amber reflections. Slightly hazy because UNFILTERED, with a full flavor thanks to a careful and slow fermentation.

It is produced using ingredients from the Asiago Plateau, with a very low CO₂ impact. Barley and hops are grown by the Bisele farm, and the water from Val Renzola (Asiago) is blended and transformed by the brewer's expertise into a lively beer, with fine bubbles, a delicate and not overly persistent foam, and a balanced alcohol content (5%).

Its fresh and fruity aroma, reminiscent of our mountains, meadows, pastures and forests, gives it a distinctive character, best appreciated when served at a temperature between 6° and 10°C.
