Project origins

For years we grew different ancient varieties in our garden, carefully observing and experimenting with each plant.

Tangherita was born from years of observation, hard work and passion: season after season, nature guided us towards the perfect variety.


The journey: from a dream to the pizza

From a dream of biodiversity, we chose not to settle for just any variety.

We went in search of the one we believed in: the Tangerin Gazzi Giallo.

Step by step, we travelled to the foothills of the Dolomites to bring back the young plants.


Entrusted to the team at Bottega Agricola in Zerman, the young plants were nurtured with great care until they finally bore fruit.


When the tomatoes reached full ripeness, they finally arrived in our hands, ready to become one of the freshest and most irresistible creations of our summer menu.


This is how Tangherita comes to life: not just a pizza, but the tangible result of a journey, from the first sprout to the plate.
