Organic blonde beer produced using traditional craft methods, top-fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized.

It is made with organic malt and hops. With golden yellow reflections, it has an intoxicating aroma of tropical fruits. On the palate it is delicate and elegant, with slightly citrus notes and a creamy, persistent foam.

Excellent with raw fish appetizers, delicate pasta dishes, fresh cheeses, and also perfect as an aperitif.

The slight sediment is the result of the natural and traditional bottle refermentation process.

Serve at a temperature of 8–10°C.

Alcohol content: 5% vol.
