Light craft beer produced using a top fermentation method, unfiltered and unpasteurized, with the addition of Ribolla Gialla grape must.
It is characterized by a deep golden yellow color and aromas of wildflowers with mineral notes. On the palate, it reveals freshness and a pleasant sapidity that reflect the character of Ribolla Gialla grapes.
Excellent with appetizers, fish, white meat and gourmet pizzas.
The slight sediment present is the result of the natural and traditional bottle refermentation process.
Best served at a temperature of 8–10°C.
Ingredients:
Monte Mia water, own-produced barley malt, Ribolla Gialla grape must, hops, yeast.
