Ipa

Light craft beer produced using a top fermentation method, unfiltered and unpasteurized.

It is made with barley malt and hops from our own production. It has a very intense color with orange reflections. Its bold aroma reveals citrus notes, with hints of grapefruit and resin. The generous hopping is balanced by a moderate body and leaves a fresh, pleasantly bitter finish on the palate.

Ideal with spicy foods, fried dishes and blue cheeses. Excellent with hamburgers.

The slight sediment present is the result of the natural and traditional bottle refermentation process.

Best served at a temperature of 8–10°C.
