Light craft beer, top-fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized.

Its light body and delicate citrus and floral notes make it suitable for any occasion, with a surprisingly clear appearance. Fresh and easy to drink, the warm and sweet malt notes are perfectly balanced by the hop aroma.

It pairs well with simple dishes, shellfish, soft cheeses and white meats.

The slight sediment is a natural result of the traditional bottle refermentation process.

Serve at 8–10°C.
