Wheat beer (Weizen) produced using traditional craft methods, top-fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized.

With intense aromas and distinctive aromatic notes derived from a blend of barley and wheat malts. The foam is fine and persistent, with a yellow color and mandarin reflections. The typically fruity aromas are produced by a special yeast used during fermentation. The taste is full and satisfying.

Perfect with spicy dishes, medium-aged and blue cheeses, soups and cured meats.

The slight sediment is the result of the natural and traditional bottle refermentation process.
